2010 Elite's undefeated at the MLK Freeze

Congratulations to our 2010 Elite's Boston Americans on winning the MLK Freeze over the weekend.  

The 2010's enjoyed an undefeated weekend going a perfect 6-0. Their 2010 division included 10 teams like the Boston Jr. Eagles, and the South Shore Kings. The 10's Americans picked up two wins to start the tournament on Friday with a 3-1 win over Tri-Valley Bulls and a 3-1 win over the Flyers. Continuing in round-robin play, the Americans secured a 4-1 victory over the Red Bank Generals. They continued to roll over their opponents with a 7-2 blowout win over the New Jersey Titans. On Sunday, the 2010 shutout the New England Bull Dogs 2-0 to earn a trip to the championship. 

They would face the South Shore Kings in the finals. The dominant weekend was capped off with a 6-1 win against the Kings and the championship! The Americans had stellar goaltending in the tournament and dominated offensive production. In the tournament, they outscored their opponents 25-6 on their way to 6-0 undefeated weekend. 

They will continue their E9 season this weekend back home on January 20th at 11:00 am to take on the Springfield Jr. Thunderbirds.
