DERIC POLLES NAMED U10 GIRLS COACH

We are happy to announce that Deric Polles will be our U10 Girls Head Coach.

Deric grew up in Salem, MA and attended Bishop Fenwick High School where he was a four-year varsity starter and captain his senior year. Following a successful high school hockey career, Deric went on to play his freshman year at Bentley University. Some of Deric’s best life lessons were learned and developed in the ice rink and sharing these experiences is what drives Deric’s passion for coaching.

Deric has been coaching youth hockey for five years in the Danvers Youth Hockey program. Most recently, he served as the head coach of the Danvers U10 team and the head coach of the 2011 NEHL North Shore team. The persistence and dedication young hockey players demonstrate is second to none. Building on these traits and establishing a fun, positive, team-first environment is Deric’s key coaching objective.

Deric and his wife Shawna reside in Danvers, MA with their two children.
